Application Schedule

Undergraduate program and Chinese language program: from the March 1st to April 30th .
Graduate program and Visiting Scholar program: from November 1st to December 30th for Spring Semester, from March 1st to April 30th for Fall Semester.

Review and Notification

The admission committee in the department/school will review the application documents. If admitted, the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) will be sent to the admitted students as soon as possible.

Visa Application and Admission Registration

The admitted students should bring their personal and ordinary passport, Admission Notice, Visa Application Form (JW202/ JW201), and original Form of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners as well as other original documents of physical examination to the Embassy or Consulate of the People's Republic of China, and apply for a student visa (X visa). Information needed for arranging the trip to HZAU after the admission is provided to the student punctually. Students shall come to International Student Office, Huazhong Agricultural University for admission registration before the deadline indicated on the Admission Notice. Students must use personal and ordinary passport and X visa, and must apply for a Residence Permit within 30 days after arriving in China.
