Documents for Application

For Degree and Scholar applicants:

1. An Application Form for Admission of Foreign Students of Huazhong Agricultural University (download) filled by the applicant in Chinese/English, with his curriculum vitae in Chinese/English appended.

2. Final schooling certificate (the copies should be notarized), and a reference letter from the employer or institution affiliated. Both texts in other languages except Chinese & English should be appended with Chinese/English version.

3. Schooling records (the copies should be notarized) of high school graduation/final examinations (for undergraduate students) / of courses taken for bachelor's degree and above (for the others). Texts in other languages except Chinese & English should be appended with a Chinese/English version.

4. Learning/Studying plan (no less than 200 words for undergraduates; no less than 400 words for advanced students; no less than 500 words for graduates) in Chinese/English.

5. Two recommendations in Chinese/English by professors/associate professors of correlated disciplines (for graduates and senior advanced students)

6. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (download) filled in English. The applicants should have physical examination in strict accordance with requirements in the form for the record. The record is invalid with blanks/no official seal across the perforation between the photo and the form. As the record is valid for 6 months, time for examination should be fixed accordingly. Please select the appropriate time to take medical examination due to the 6-months validity of the medical results.

7. Duplication of the applicant's passport

For Chinese language applicants:

1. An Application Form for Admission of Foreign Students of Huazhong Agricultural University filled by the applicant in Chinese/English, with his curriculum vitae in Chinese/English appended.

2. Final schooling certificate (the copies should be notarized), and a reference letter from the employer or institution affiliated. Both texts in other languages except Chinese & English should be appended with Chinese/English version.
   One photocopy of your passport

3. Please submit the application documents listed above to International Student Office, Huazhong Agricultural University by email, fax or post between.
